  • How long is the promotion running for?

    The main Chill & Win instant win promotion will run from 00.00am to 11.59pm each day from 01.05 – 30.09. All non-winning entries received from 01.05 – 31.12 will be entered into an end-of-promotion wrap-up draw.

  • How do I enter the promotion?

    Purchase a promotional bottle of Cono Sur Bicicleta Pinot Noir, Viognier or Sauvignon Blanc (while stocks last) and visit the promotion website at www.chillandwin.co.uk. Enter your full name, preferred method of communication (email address or mobile telephone number) and unique 8-character promotional code that can be found when you peel back the label on the back of the bottle to find out instantly online if you’re a winner. Winners will be asked to follow further instructions to claim their prize and will also be sent a confirmation email

  • Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter?

    Yes, you will need an internet connection to enter the promotion and to claim your prize if you’re a winner.

  • Where can I find my unique 8-character promotional code?

    Simply peel back the label on the back of the bottle to reveal your unique 8-character code in the panel.

  • Which products are included in the promotion?

  • How often can I enter and how many times could I win a prize?

    You can enter as many times as you want using a legitimate, 8-character promotional code each time. Each code is unique and can only be used once. There’s no limit to the number of prizes a single person or household can win.

  • Do I have to purchase a Cono Sur Bicicleta product to enter?

    Yes, purchase is necessary to enter. Once you’ve purchased a promotional bottle of Cono Sur Bicicleta Pinot Noir, Viognier or Sauvignon Blanc, visit the promotion website www.chillandwin.co.uk to enter. It’s important that entrants keep a photo of the label with the unique code as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to claim their prize.

  • How old do I have to be to enter?

    You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

  • Where do I have to live to be able to enter?

    This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families and anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

  • How are winners notified?

    If you’ve won one of the 11 main cash prizes, you will be notified online immediately on screen after entering your personal details and unique promotional code. You will also receive a confirmation email. The winner of the end-of-promotion wrap-up draw will receive a notification email with all further prize claim instructions

  • Do I need to keep hold of my promotion bottle?

    Yes! If you’re a winner of our top prize or one of our 10 runners’ up prizes, you will need to retain a photo of the label clearly showing your unique promotional code in order to complete the mandatory verification process,

  • What details will I need to enter?

    To enter, you’ll need to enter your name, unique code and preferred, contactable method of communication (i.e., email address or mobile phone number). If you’re a winner, we will require your full address, including postcode and ID to prove you are over 18.

  • What prizes are available to be won?

    There is a total of 11 prizes to be won in the main prize promotion – a top cash prize of £10,000 and 10 runners-up prizes, each of £1,000. In addition, there’s a single £1,000 cash prize available to be won in the end-of-promotion wrap-up draw.

  • Are there any other prize alternatives?

    There are no other prize alternatives available in whole or in part for any Prize.

  • How are prizes awarded?

    Instant win promotion: The 11 main promotion prizes are allocated randomly to pre-determined winning moments via a secure, independently verified computer system. The first entry received on or after a randomly predetermined winning moment will win that prize. If there is no entry made between one randomly predetermined winning moment and the next, the prize will be re-allocated to the next randomly predetermined winning moment. All winning moments will take place between 00.00am on 01.05.20 and 23.59pm on 30.09.20. Wrap-up draw: Any/all non-winning entries received up to 31.12.20 will be entered into a wrap-up draw to be held on 18.01.21 with a single prize of £1,000 to be won, plus any unclaimed prize(s) after the last of the predetermined winning moments. The relevant number of valid entries will be randomly and independently selected and the entrants notified by their email and/or phone within 14 days of the draw date. As with the instant win element, if any selected winner does not provide the required verification details within 10 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the prize to the draw’s prize pool which may be won by another entrant selected in the same way. This process will be repeated until the draw prize(s) has/have been successfully claimed.

  • What happens if any prize goes unclaimed following the last of the 11 winning moments?

    Any unclaimed prize(s) will be rolled into the wrap-up draw open to all non-winning entries received up to 31.12.20. The wrap-up draw will take place on 18.01.21. Since this will depend wholly on what is won during the Promotion, the number of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown.

  • How long do I have to claim my prize?

    Instant win promotion: Each winner will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize and eligibility, plus send proof of purchase (i.e., a photo of the promotion bottle label clearly showing your winning code) with proof of age, to Chill & Win, The Old Brewery, 22 Russell St., Windsor, Berks, SL4 1HQ within seven days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not provide the required details within 10 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the prize to the promotion prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the promotion period. Once eligibility of the prize is confirmed and the prize is accepted, the winner(s) will be notified within seven days of acceptance of the prize to arrange delivery of the prize. Wrap-up draw: Any/all non-winning entries received up to 31.12.20 will be entered into a wrap-up draw to be held on 18.02.21 with a single prize of £1,000 to be won, plus any unclaimed prize(s) after the last of the predetermined winning moments. The relevant number of valid entries will be randomly and independently selected and the entrants notified by their email and/or phone within 14 days of the draw date.

    As with the instant win element, if any selected winner does not provide the required verification details within 10 days, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the prize to the draw’s prize pool which may be won by another entrant selected in the same way.   • I'm having trouble reading my code, who can I contact?

    Concha y Toro UK Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Concha y Toro Consumer Services either by email at info@cyt-uk.com or by telephone on 01865 873713 and a replacement code will be sent to you. Any request for a replacement code must be received by 23.09.20 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

  • I'm having trouble entering my details/claiming my prize. What should I do?

    Please make sure you’re following all the on-screen directions carefully, and that you’re entering all the required information. Any mistakes or errors you make will be prompted online.   • The website doesn't recognise my code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

    Firstly, make sure you’ve entered your code exactly as it appears on the bottle label. If you’ve previously entered this code, you will be unable to enter again using the same code. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Concha y Toro Consumer Services team either by email at info@cyt-uk.com or by telephone on: 01865 873713.

  • My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion. How will I know if I've entered successfully?

    A valid entry has been made if:

    1. You enter a unique code on the website home page and a confirmation message is displayed on screen saying whether or not you are a winner.
    2. If you are a winner, you will also receive a confirmation email letting you know that you have won.

    If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same code again. If the code you entered was a winning code, the website will remember your previous entry and will confirm your win for you. If you were not a winner the first time, then you will get an error message saying that the code has already been used. This will indicate that you were not a winner with the code, or that you are not using the same email address that was originally used to redeem the code.

  • I haven't received my win notification email; does that mean I've not won?

    Firstly, please check your email Spam/Junk folder in case the win confirmation email has inadvertently been filed there. Please note that only winners will receive a confirmation email. If you definitely haven’t received the confirmation email, please return to the website and enter your code and personal details again. Upon clicking ‘Submit’, if an error message is shown indicating that the code you have entered has already been redeemed then you have already successfully entered, and you have not won. This would explain why you didn’t receive a confirmation email. If your code was a winning code, then entering it will take you back to the claim process and you can complete your claim if this hasn’t been done yet.

  • The website isn't loading / working properly. What should I do?

    Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. It may be that you need to clear your cache by holding down ‘CTRL’ and pressing ‘F5’; this consists of data stored by your computer to enable similar future actions to be completed quicker.
